Additional Services (Special Education and Mental Health)

Tennessen Warning – Student Support Services

Partnership Academy asks families whether their child may need additional support, including mental health services or special education, so we can ensure scholars receive the appropriate support as soon as they enroll.

Providing this information is voluntary. The information you choose to share will be used only by school staff responsible for supporting your child’s learning, safety, and well-being. It may be shared with relevant school staff or service providers only when necessary to arrange supports.

This information will not be used to deny enrollment or to discipline a student. The purpose is to proactively connect scholars and families with services and supports as early as possible.

You may choose not to provide this information; however, doing so may delay our ability to offer certain supports.
